Refund Policy

Overview of our refund policy:

Membership Dues
Payments for membership dues are made annually.  A refund can be requested within the first 30 days of joining and we will offer a full refund. But if you have received a one-on-one consultation, we cannot offer a refund. Fees will be refunded within 7 days from the date of request.

Registration for Workshops
Your registration fee guarantees your seat for a workshop or training.  If something changes after registration and you cannot attend the workshop, you must notify us at least 3 days before the workshop begins to receive a full refund.  Fees will be refunded within 7 days from date of request. You may also choose to receive a credit towards the same upcoming workshop if you notify us of our cancellation request at least 3 days before the workshop begins.

If you have to miss a workshop, we will provide materials from the workshop and any slides, but we do not offer partial refunds based on individual class absences. 

Registration for our Nonprofit Conference
Your registration fee guarantees entrance to our annual nonprofit conference. If something changes after registration and you cannot attend the conference, you must notify us at least 7 days before the conference to receive full refund.   Fees will be refunded within seven days from the date of request.

Please note, we do not offer partial refunds.  Fees will be refunded in 7 days from the date of request.

Fees charged for 501 (c)(3) services
Payments for this service is made in two installments.  Once we begin work on processing the paperwork,  we cannot offer a partial refund.  If work has not begun on the paperwork when you request a refund, we will offer a full refund.  Fees will be refunded within 7 days from the date of request.
